1 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt


Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.  Cut pork roast into 1-inch cubes and add to spice mixture. Coat well, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for 2-4 hours. Preheat grill for medium high heat.  Thread pork onto skewers and place onto grill.  Cook for 10 minutes, turning once. When meat is no longer pink, remove from heat and serve.
