Have your butcher take some top sirloin steaks and tenderize them for you.  (I plan one steak per person)
Once you get them home, cut the steak into thin bite size strips.
Put the meat into a bowl and marinate at least an hour (longer the better) with Zesty Italian Dressing.

One package of thinly sliced mushrooms
One large yellow onion cut in half and thinly sliced
One bell pepper thinly sliced
One package of shredded mozzarella cheese
One package of "Philly Sandwich" style buns

Put the meat in a colander to drain off marinade
Heat a frying pan until it is good and hot.
Add some oil and sauté the onions, mushrooms, and peppers until the onions are translucent.  Remove from pan and set aside.
Begin cooking the meat, when it is half way done, drain the juice build up and continue cooking.
At the halfway point, add sautéed vegetables and finish cooking.
Just before serving, add the package of cheese into the meat and stir it up.

Using tongs, place ingredients onto a bun and serve.

**I will usually take a brush and coat the buns with the marinade and toast buns face down on a the grill or skillet until toasted.
