Half of a yellow onion (diced)

Two stalks of celery (diced)

1/3 cup of cilantro (chopped)

8-10 strips of bacon (cooked)

1 TBS red pepper flakes

Two packages of Philly Cream Cheese

Two small packages of imitation crab

20-25 Jalapenos (Halved and remove seeds)

 

Combine and cook (medium heat) onion, celery, and cilantro in a small pan until onion has caramelized.

Remove from heat and let cool.

 

In a food processor, add onion, celery, cilantro, bacon, pepper flakes, and crab

Process the ingredients until everything is finely minced

Mix ingredients into softened cream cheese

Spoon mixture into jalapeno halves

Place jalapeno halves in a metal pan or on a metal sheet

Place on grill over high heat until jalapeno skin begins to blister

Allow to cool and serve.
