1/2 heads green cabbage, grated or sliced thin

1/2 heads red cabbage, grated or slice thin

3 x carrots cut in match sticks

2 x red pepper, sliced in strips

2 x jalapeno, chopped

4 x green onions, chopped



1 cup sour cream  

3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar  

2 tbsp smoked chipotle pepper, chopped

1 tsp celery salt

2 tbsp molasses



Mix all ingredients for dressing in a large bowl. Add the fresh vegetables and toss. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld.
